Heidelberg Athletics Hall of Fame
Lynne Kraemer was a vital ingredient in establishing The 'Berg women's soccer program as an OAC force. She was a member of teams that posted a 32-1-1 mark in her junior and senior seasons earning two OAC Championship awards. She also scored the first ever goal for 'Berg women's soccer.
Kraemer, a graduate of Mount Notre Dame High School in Cincinnati, was a four-year letter-winner and earned All-American honors following the 1991 season. Her numerous awards included 'Berg MVP, Rookie of the Year, OAC Player of the Week, All-Mideast, All-Ohio, and All-OAC. Her performance in the classroom and on the pitch earned her Academic All-OAC, Academic All-Ohio, Heidelberg NCAA Woman of the Year honors, and Clyde A. Lamb Scholar nomination.
Since graduation, she has stayed active in soccer, playing on several club teams in the Cincinnati area. She recently accepted a new job and is now working for Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories as a pharmaceutical territory representative in the Cincinnati area.
Kraemer, along with her four-year-old son Eric, currently resides in Sharonville.
