TIFFIN -- On Senior Day, the Heidelberg University women's tennis team fell to Baldwin Wallace University, 6-3. The Student Princes recognized its three seniors -- Jillian Goulet, Meridith Lucius and Samantha Escalera.

Esmerelda Salazar and Emmy Flottman-Mullen won four games at first doubles, but fell 8-4.

At second doubles, Goulet and Lucius picked up a hard-fought 8-4 victory. Combined with a BW forfeit at third doubles, Heidelberg took a 2-1 lead into singles competition.

Heidelberg added a point with a forfeit win at six, but were not able to win any other matches.

The Student Princes return to action on Wednesday, April 24 for the season finale. Heidelberg visits John Carroll for a 3:30 p.m. match.
