UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Anna Winnicki scored twice in a losing effort as the Heidelberg University women's lacrosse team fell on the road, 23-3, at John Carroll University. The Student Princes fell to 0-11 on the season.

The Blue Streaks (10-4, 5-2 OAC) opened up an 11-0 lead on the Student Princes before Winnicki tallied her 10th goal of the season on a free position attempt with just over five minutes left in the first half.

Winnicki's second of the game came 10 minutes into the second half.

Dana Dudley closed the scoring for Heidelberg with a goal 10 minutes later -- a free position shot for her 22nd tally of the season.

Janessa Scott made five saves in the loss.

Heidelberg wraps up its inaugural season with a game at Mount Union (9-3, 5-1) on Saturday. Gametime in Alliance is slated for 1 p.m.
