TIFFIN -- On Senior Day, the Heidelberg University women's lacrosse team dropped a 21-2 decision to Capital University.

The Crusaders scored 12 straight goals before sophomore Dana Dudley got the Berg on the board. The shot with 2:46 remaining in the first half was Dudley's 20th goal of the season.

Dudley recorded her second goal of the game with 13:54 to play. Capital tacked on nine goals in the second half, controlling the tempo.

Kara Hines paced the Capital offense with nine goals.

HU goalie Janessa Scott made 10 saves on the afternoon.

Prior to the game, HU honored seniors Megan Mills and Janessa Scott.

The Student Princes will travel to John Carroll University on Wednesday evening. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
