ALLIANCE, Ohio -- Forced inside by Mother Nature, the Heidelberg University men's tennis team lost at Mount Union, 9-0. Heidelberg dropped to 1-7 overall, 0-1 in the Ohio Athletic Conference. The Purple Raiders improved to 9-3, 2-0.
Ben Moore and Porus Shroff lost at first singles, 8-2, as did Tate Schoen and Alex Sprague at thirds.
Moore and Shroff were the only Student Princes to win multiple games in singles play.
The Tricolor looks to rebound on Tuesday when they host Capital University (2-12, 0-1). The match will start at 3:30 p.m.
