BEREA - The Heidelberg University men's tennis team was defeated by Baldwin Wallace 9-0 on Wednesday in their second OAC match of the season.  HU fell to 2-6 (0-2 OAC) with the loss while the Yellow Jackets improved to 18-1 (3-0 OAC).

Baldwin Wallace quickly jumped out to a 3-0 lead after doubles play.  Tyler Flickinger and Dan Driscoll at second doubles as well as Kyle Simpson and Paul Claymier dropped 8-2 matches.

In singles action, Simpson improved throughout his match at sixth singles after dropping a 6-2 first set, but still fell 6-3 in the second.

Heidelberg will be in action next on Friday when they travel to Cincinnati to face Mount St. Joseph at 4:00 p.m.
