TIFFIN, Ohio – The Heidelberg Volleyball is eager to hit the court for the 2025 season with a dynamic roster that includes 10 freshmen, 11 sophomores, three juniors, and five returning seniors. The goal this season is to compete for an OAC Championship.
THE COACHES:
In his 25th season, Head Coach
Jason Miller has welcomed another young roster. Alongside Miller,
Allyson Milligan is returning for her second season as assistant coach with HU Volleyball. Kellyn Kennedy has joined the Student Princes this year as a Graduate Assistant while working towards a Master's in Counseling.
THE PLAYERS:
Determined to leave a lasting legacy, Heidelberg Volleyball's seniors enter their final season with passion and a drive to elevate the program. In the 2024 campaign,
Grace Dohanyos recorded 556 digs, capping off the season with a major career milestone as she earned her 1,000th dig. For her efforts, Dohanyos earned All-OAC Honorable Mention.
Ending the 2024 season with 114 kills and appearing in 26 matches, senior outside hitter Riley Ritzhaupt looks to end her career on a high note. Ritzhaupt's leadership on the court and competitive drive offensively will be key as she looks to help the team get back to the OAC Tournament.
A dual threat at middle and right side,
Gabby Wolfe returns for her last season with Heidelberg. Recording 138 kills last fall and 105 blocks, she looks to continue to be a strong defensive presence at the net.
Appearing in 29 matches last year, senior middle hitter
Kaitlyn Uffman returns to the net to bring the power for Berg's offense. With 240 career kills, second most on the team, and 112 career blocks, she is a dominant force for the Tricolor.
Two time All-OAC senior
Riley Tople will miss the upcoming season after sustaining an injury. While she won't be on the court, she continues to stay involved with the team while focusing on her recovery.
Junior setter,
Maddie Reed, saw 29 matches last year, having 563 assists. Reed notched her 1,000th assist in the 2024 season.
Three returning sophomores,
