WESTERVILLE – Heidelberg University golfers Brooke Barnes and Garrett Wahl were named Ohio Athletic Conference Golfers of the Week.

Barnes earned her third weekly honor this season after leading the women's team to a 20-stroke victory at the Baldwin Wallace Fall Shootout. She shot a 77 (+5) to claim medalist honors.

Wahl won the Cleveland Cup, becoming Heidelberg's first individual medalist since Josh Ferdon at last fall's Battle of the Sandusky. His five-birdie performance set a new collegiate best and secured the victory.

The women's golf team has concluded its fall season. The men's team will close out their fall schedule at the Polar Bear Classic on Nov. 3 at Tradition Golf Club in Hebron, Ky.
