TIFFIN -- On Senior Day, the Heidelberg University men's lacrosse team fell to Marietta College, 14-5, in a spirited affair. Prior to the game, the Student Princes honored

Jaydon Septer,
Eli Allen,
David Weaver and
Alex Bruder for their contributions to the program.
Weaver had a hat trick for the Student Princes, leading the way offensively.
Marietta led 7-0 before Weaver put HU on the board, assisted by
Jason Mills, with 5:20 left in the first.
The Pioneers led 9-1 at halftime and maintained that lead into the fourth after a scoreless third.
Down 12-1, Bruder scored with 10:22 left in the game, again assisted by Mills.
HU scored three times in the final three minutes -- two by Weaver and one by Jonny Brickman.
Jacob Morgan picked up the assist on Brickman's tally.
Mills racked up three assists on the day.
Cian Howery made 21 saves for The Berg.
Heidelberg will wrap up the 2022 season on Wednesday at home against Capital. Gametime at Hoernemann Stadium is slated for 7 p.m.
