TIFFIN -- In their final tune-up before conference action commences, the Heidelberg University men's lacrosse team fell to Adrian College, 20-1.
Alex Bruder had a game-high 11 shot attempts, seven of which were on frame.
Adrian led 5-0 after the first quarter and doubled their lead by halftime.
Bruder scored a man-up goal with 5:09 left in the third. Bruder cut around the net, spun and shot from just outside the crease. The goal was the ninth of the season for Bruder.
The Bulldogs controlled the remainder of the contest en route to their sixth win of the season.
For the game, Adrian outshot Heidelberg 50-26.
Cian Howery had 12 saves on the night.
Heidelberg returns to action on Saturday when they visit Wilmington for a 1 p.m. match.
