HALFWAY THROUGH ...

Heidelberg University emphatically got back in the win column after their bye week with a 58-32 win on the road at Marietta.

Once again, the Student Princes put up over 600 yards of total offense, including 325 on the ground. Two Berg runners rushed for over 100 yards as Tayy Yearby lead the efforts with 165 total yards and two scores, while Jace Grossman contributed 131 yards and a touchdown on just 11 carries.

On the ground, the Pioneers were nearly non-existent as they had a net total of 14 rushing yards.

AROUND THE LEAGUE ...
Just six teams were in action this past week as Muskingum, Ohio Northern, Otterbein and Baldwin Wallace remained idle.

No. 13 John Carroll had a record-breaking day as they thrashed Capital 90-0 on the road. The mark served to be the most points scored in an OAC game by one team. The Blue Streaks rushed for 12 touchdowns, also breaking a conference record.

No. 2 Mount Union eased past Wilmington by a final of 63-6. Justin Hill and Derrick Harvey Jr. each hauled in a pair of receiving touchdowns, while Jordan Lee and Wayne Ruby Jr. had one a piece.

Heidelberg moved to 4-1 on the year with a 58-32 win at Marietta. Tayy Yearby rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns while Jace Grossman added a score and 131 yards on just 11 carries for the Student Princes.

In week six, all 10 teams will be back in action. At 1:30 p.m. Wilmington hosts Marietta, Capital travels to Mount Union, and John Carroll welcomes Ohio Northern. At 2 p.m. Baldwin Wallace visits Muskingum, and at 7 p.m. Heidelberg plays home for Homecoming vs. Otterbein.
