TIFFIN, Ohio -- The Heidelberg University Men's Basketball team earned an 85-76 win over Baldwin Wallace Wednesday night. With the victory, the Student Princes improve to 8-7 overall and 2-4 in OAC play.

Jarveil Gainey and Markell Jonson-Nichols both put 20 points up on the board. Gainey also pulled down nine rebounds. 

Brady Bosma added 16 points, while Trey Killens chipped in 15. Marcos Vazquez returned to the floor last night making an immediate impact, finishing with 10 points and six assists. 

After trailing Baldwin Wallace for the entirety of the first half, Heidelberg flipped the script early in the second, matching the Yellow Jackets point-for-point as momentum swung in HU's favor. 

The run was keyed by 3-pointers from Vazquez, Bosma, Johnson-Nichols, and Gainey (twice).  HU went from down eight to up seven in an eight-minute span.  

HU outscored Baldwin Wallace 30-26 in the paint and held a 10-4 advantage in fast-break points. 

The Student Princes are back in action Saturday on the road at Capital University. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
