BEREA -- The Heidelberg University Men's Lacrosse team concluded the 2025 season with a 29-0 loss at Baldwin Wallace University on Wednesday. The Student Princes wrapped up the campaign with a 4-12 record overall, 1-8 in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
Mario Manzardo had a team-high six shots while
Benjamin Evans and
Tyler Alexander both had five.
Already the program's career leader in saves,
Wilson Runnette made 18 saves in the game. He ended the season with 241 stops -- equalling his career high.
Evans and
Rayce Septer tied for the team lead with 19 goals. Evans had 12 assists and 31 total points -- leading the team in both categories.
Sonny Varrati had a team-high 16 caused turnovers for the year.
The 2025 season was Heidelberg's third consecutive four-win season. The streak followed a run of three straight one-win seasons.
