TIFFIN -- The Heidelberg University women's lacrosse team ran into a buzzsaw on a Wednesday night, falling to John Carroll University.  The Blue Streaks scored the first 12 goals of the game, en route to a 23-4 victory.  

Heidelberg fell to 0-10 on the season while John Carroll remained undefeated, now 10-0.  

Offensively, HU had four goal scorers -- Dana Dudley, Kelly Spence, Angela Lulejian and Hannah Kaplan.  Macy Zachary and Briana Lloyd each picked up an assist.

In goal, Mandi Phillips made eight saves and Ella Lane had two.  

Defensively, Payton Dawson picked up four ground balls.  

Heidelberg returns to action next Wednesday when they host Ohio Northern for a 7 p.m. match.
