TIFFIN -- On a wet and windy Saturday afternoon in Hoernemann Stadium, the Heidelberg University women's soccer team was defeated 2-0 by Otterbein University. 

Heidelberg slips to 0-3-2 while Otterbein improves to 5-0.

The first goal of the match came in the seventh minute from a Cardinals Corner kick. The ball was carried by the wind and a miss-hit from a Heidelberg defender resulted in an own goal. 

Otterbein scored again in the 63rd minute from Emily Ganz. She received a throw in behind the Heidelberg defense and was left in a 1-on-1 opportunity against Meredith Bruce for a score. 

Audrey Kaufman recorded the only shot for the Student Princes in the 71st minute. 

Bruce made 15 saves in goal. 

The Student Princes will be on the road Thursday evening at Ohio Northern University with a 7p.m. kickoff.
