TIFFIN -- The Heidelberg University women's lacrosse team was defeated 17-3 by Otterbein University on Saturday in Hoernemann Stadium.
The Student Princes slipped to 0-6 on the season. Otterbeinl improved to 4-2.
Trailing 14-0 in the second half,
Angela Lulejian scored her 100th career goal for the Student Princes. She was assisted by
Brianna Lloyd.Â
Less than two minutes later, Lloyd scored a goal of her own unassisted.
Heidelberg's final goal came from
Dana Dudley with 8:23 remaining in the contest.Â
Mandi Philips collected eight saves in the loss for Heidelberg.Â
The Cardinals out-shot Heidelberg 34-7 and won ground balls 18-9.
The Student Princes will face Baldwin Wallace on Wednesday evening in Hoernemann Stadium. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m.
