ALLIANCE, Ohio -- Led by a perfect 4-0 performance from Patrick Brown at 184, the Heidelberg University wrestling team went 2-2 at the Mount Union Duals on Saturday.
Trailing 24-9 over Wilkes, the Student Princes rallied back to take the match 27-24. The Student Princes won the final three matches to ultimately win. Brown pinned his opponent, which was followed by a forfeit at 197.
Christian Climer pinned Wilkes's Richard Thompson III in 4:41 to give Heidelberg the victory.
Heidelberg fell to Messiah in its second match of the day, 29-13. Freshmen Tre Bogetich and Austin Rayburn picked up wins in the match.
Mason Brainard had a major decision victory at 125 and Brown earned his second win of the afternoon.
Waynesburg proved to be too much for HU, winning by a commanding 34-8 margin. Brown and Slade Todd were the only winners for the Berg in their third match of the afternoon. Brown picked up an 18-3 tech fall win as Todd held on for a 9-4 victory.
The Berg responded in its final dual of the afternoon, routing Greensboro, 41-9. Brainard and Tyler Hammack both pinned their opponents, with Hammack's coming in 26 seconds.

"It was a great team effort today," said head coach Tony Patrizi. "We mixed and matched to make sure every guy got an opportunity."
Patrizi on the matches: "We had a huge come from behind win against Wilkes and a solid finish against Greensboro … It was a great way to go into Thanksgiving break."
