- Set a new personal best in the mile with a 4:35.71 at the Tiffin University College Open, placing first
2023-24
- Ran a personal best 1:09.70 500 meter at the OAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
- Memeber of the 4x400 at the OAC Indoor Championships that finished 3rd with a time of 3:25.33Â
- Set a career best in the 1500 with a time of 4:14.25 at the 4th Annual Mike Becraft Invitational
- New career time of 1:56.82 at the OAC Outdoor Championships
2022-23
- Member of 7th place OAC 800m relay team with 1:33.35
- Ran a time of 2:05.48 in the 800m dash at the Tiffelberg Open
- Member of 4x800 at OAC Outdoor Championships that took 6th place with 8:03.02
