Was the head cross country and track and field coach at Cleveland State University
Coached the first three conference champions in program history

Cross country posted a program-record 3.85 cumulative GPA
Track and field posted a program-record 3.66 cumulative GPA
Both programs earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors each year

2002-14

Served in multiple coaching roles at Oberlin College, including head cross country and track and field coach and associate head track and field coach
Helped lead the women's cross country program to seven NCAC championships
Helped Oberlin make six NCAA Championship appearances
Helped guide the women's track and field program to its first NCAC indoor championship
Coached 229 all-conference performers
Coached 40 conference champions and eight national qualifiers
