At various times throughout the year, the H Association hosts
sealed bid auctions in conjunction with other major fundraisers. These auctions are a great way for everyone to get involved with fundraising efforts, not just people close to campus.
Successful
sealed bid auctions rely upon the generosity of the Heidelberg supporters who donate items. If you are considering making a donation, here are our tips:
- Items such as vacation rentals, golf foursomes, or other experiential activities are always a hit.
- Offering up items from your business is a great way to showcase your business.
- The donor is able to set the minimum acceptable bids.
- The item(s) donated may be a tax write-off.
