WHEATON, Illinois -- The banged-up Heidelberg University Wrestling team had a rough go at the Pete Willson Invitational, hosted by Wheaton College.  The Student Princes only competed in seven of the 10 weight classes, with Owen Frizzell the lone 'Berg grappler with multiple wins.

At 184, Frizzell dropped his opener and rebounded in the consolation bracket. After advancing with the medical forfeit, he pinned Otterbein's Gary Steele in the third period. His evening ended in the next round.

Drew Miller grabbed a tech fall and Travis Richardson had a major decision en route to their 1-2 finishes.

Heidelberg returns to action at Mount Union on Friday for the final OAC dual of the season. The match is slated for a 7 p.m. start.
