TIFFIN -- Playing their final home match of the season, the Heidelberg University Volleyball team was swept by Baldwin Wallace on Wednesday evening -- 25-22, 25-15, 26-24. 

Heidelberg slipped to 15-14 overall, 3-4 in the OAC. Baldwin Wallace improved to 15-12, 5-2.  

The Student Princes seemed out of sorts for much of the first two sets, but took an eight-point lead in the third. The pesky Yellow Jackets chipped away, staved off a set point and won, 26-24. 

In a match plagued by fruitless coach challenges, Sophia Simon led HU with six kills. Heidelberg attacked at an .088 clip. 

Defensively, Grace Dohanyos had 21 digs and was a perfect 16-for-16 on receptions. 

The Student Princes have clinched a spot in the six-team Ohio Athletic Conference tournament, set to begin on Tuesday, Nov. 11.

HU wraps up its regular season on Friday, traveling to Westerville to take on Otterbein in their final OAC matchup of the year. First serve is set for 7 p.m.
