David Gelman powered his way to a 17-0 win, then Josh Gibson picked up a pin at 141. Craddock continued the run with a 19-2 pummeling of his opponent at 149. Wrestling up at 157,
Drew Miller pounced quickly and marauded his way to an 18-3 tech fall as the first period drew to a close. The onslaught continued with an 18-6 major decision by Richardson at 165. With an opportunity to seal the win, Frizzell picked up his third pin of the season at 184. At 197,
Paul Wilson added a 14-8 win -- his first of the day. Heidelberg won, 34-15.
Despite pins from Gelman, Craddock, and Frizzell, Heidelberg fell to Trine in the final dual of the day. The Thunder won, 35-18.
Craddock and Frizzell led the way with three varsity wins on the day. Gelman and Richardson had two.
In exhibition matches,
Michael Hatgas was 3-0,
