ALLIANCE -- The Heidelberg University men's soccer team was unable to overcome a late first half goal, falling on the road, 1-0, to Mount Union.  HU dropped to 0-7.

Mount Union (4-2) outshot Heidelberg 17-6 on the day.   

The Purple Raiders got on the board just before halftime with a goal in the 41st minute.  The goal, scored by Adam Passino, would be the lone tally of the contest.  

Isaac Wienen led HU with two shots on goal.  

In goal, Thomas Abraham made four saves in his first collegiate start.  

The Student Princes hit the road again on Thursday, traveling to John Carroll University.  Kickoff inside Shula Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m.
