HIRAM -- The Heidelberg University STUNT team closed out their season this weekend at Hiram College, picking up two strong wins, including a 10-1 victory over Aquinas and a dominant shutout performance against the host Terriers.
The match against Aquinas opened evenly, with both teams picking up a point in the first quarter for a 1-1 tie. From there the Student Princes took full control.
HU edged ahead in the second quarter, 2-0, to take a 3-1 lead as halftime. They continued to build momentum in the third quarter, adding two more points while holding Aquinas scoreless.
The Student Princes then delivered a commanding 12-0 sweep. Berg set the tone early, taking a 2-0 lead in the first quarter and never looking back. Heidelberg added two points in btoht he second and third quarters, maintaining complete control on both sides of the routines.
Berg erupted for six points to cap off the shutout victory. Hiram was held scoreless throughout the contest.

Heidelberg STUNT ended on a high note, finishing 4-6 with momentum and a strong foundation to build on for next year.
